I'm an EU student and I am asking for a Student Loan to pay my tuition fees. However, I have been told they need at least more 6 weeks to process my application problem is my university (Liverpool) have said they first payment must be made by 7th September so my loan won't be ready by that time!!

I will contact the university on Tuesday but I was just looking for some reassurance on what to do as I have put a lot of effort into getting a place at medical school and I don't want to give it up just because I can't afford the tuition fees
